Prenatal Yoga Six Week Series Starts

Join Lotus Yoga for a gentle yoga for expectant mothers. This series is designed to complement the needs of a pregnant body through all three trimesters. The poses in this class will bring balance and alignment to the pelvis and pelvic floor to prepare the body for birthing.
