Lalos is bringing a modern twist of authentic Mexican flavors to Oconee county! The owners, David, Eduardo and Jimmy Lopez are not only long time residents of Oconee county, but have served the community for over 9 years and counting. At Wire Park, the owners will build on their already established framework: great teamwork, quality & fresh ingredients, and a high level of customer service.

"We have pulled in an executive chef that has truly created something special to offer and we cannot be more proud to share this with you all! Lalo’s will have a variety of vibrant and heathy dishes perfectly paired with signature cocktails and desserts if you wish. Of course we will also serve delicious authentic and signature tacos. We are so excited to start this new venture in a unique space that will offer a sense of community to Watkinsville. He is committed to highlighting national ingredients and dishes in a unique way, putting his mark on each dish that compliments it in its entirety. Jesus has an impressive 13 year career in the culinary and hospitality fields, thus obtaining leadership roles in various companies worldwide.
