What is the time frame for the residential spaces at Wire Park?

Fall 2024 for the flats, then the townhomes, then the single family.

Yes, it will be open to the public.

Are the residential units for sale or for lease?

The flats will be for lease, and the townhomes will be for sale.

How big are the flats?

Size and layouts are available at wirepark.net/flats.

How many units and floors will the flats have?

There will be 60 flats spread out over 3 floors and four separate buildings with the three acre park in between.

is there designated parking for the flats?

There are no designated parking spots, but there will be first-come first-serve parking spots available directly in front of the flats or in the common area parking.

Will there be security on property?

Yes.

How many townhomes will there be?

Twenty one

How many detached homes will there be?

Fifty-four.

How will trash and recycling be set up?

There will be a trash corral where each unit owner will have its own standard typ-cart trash can. On site mgmt will come around and haul the trash to the larger trash area behind the commercial building, unload into a larger dumpster, and then return to the corral. This way dump trucks will not enter the condo parking lot.

Who is the Internet provider?

AT&T and Charter.

Where is the mail delivery?

This will be in a common area on property for homeowners.

Will there be amenities at Wire Park?

Besides all the retail offerings and the library, the back of the property will be a green space for walking and running and of course the three acre park will be a great feature. There will also be a dog park on property.

What Oconee County public schools will Wire Park residents be zoned for?

Since school maps change please refer to the Oconee County Board of Education zone and street map to verify.
