Welcome Gekko Kitchen to Wire Park

Welcome Gekko Kitchen to Wire Park!

Founder Jack Bai credits his parents for his skills in the kitchen, having learned his Japanese cooking style from helping in their restaurant. And he has since perfected his hibachi recipes by owning and operating a food truck.

Bai’s bowls are colorful, fresh + lighter than other hibachi fare. A fan favorite is the spicy ponzu tuna bowl, which is both healthy and satisfying. The first Gekko Kitchen concept opened at Politan Row colony square in 2021 and is thriving.

Gekko Kitchen expressed their appreciation for the opportunity at Wire Park and said, “We think Wire Park is a beautiful and a great project, the whole idea looks like will bring out tons of people. We are looking forward to success in the future there.” 🍱
